I haven't received reports similar to this issue. To resolve this, open your account in a private window and see if it's showing the same behavior.
This private window prevents your browser from storing additional cache files.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:
Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P.
Check to see if your reconciliation reports are back. If they are, it's recommended to clear cache and temporary internet files to optimize the browser's performance. This will also help delete the information stored in the cache.
