Currently, we haven’t received reports about the changing orders for the line items, Derek.
To resolve this, you can use the drag-and-drop handle to reorder the line items to the correct one. Here’s how:
- Go to the Customers Hub menu and select Customers.
- Choose the specific customer whose invoice has line items in the incorrect order.
- Find the invoice with the issue and open it.
- Use the drag-and-drop handle to rearrange the line items into the correct order.
- Review the changes, then click Save and Close.
