I'd like to confirm that we will be conducting a pause in-flight price increases. This includes currently planned FY20 price increases for Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, QB Self-Employed, Enterprise annual renewals, Payments ACH and TSheets.
Our planned FY21 price action plan would have required notifying accountants and customers of increases beginning on May 1, 2020. Given the current environment, we have decided to delay this execution/notifications until July 1, 2020.
We've constantly sending the notifications to our customers, some of them have already been notified that their prices are going up. Rest assured, we will proactively advise them that we are extending this date to 7/1/20 given the current economic situation.
