Is it possible In a P&L budget subdivided by class to show both the full year budget and the year to date budget along with year to date actuals?

I appreciate you for sharing this matter in the Community forum, Info2113. To generate a P&L budget subdivided by class that shows the Full Year (FY) and Year-to-Date (YTD) budgets, and Year-to-Date (YTD) Actuals in one report, we can export the Profit and Loss Budget subdivided by class for the FY and YTD actuals, then manually input the data for the YTD budget data outside QuickBooks Online. Let me provide you with the steps to achieve this.

Before we continue, please note that having these three financial metrics in one Profit & Loss budget report is currently unavailable. Moreover, you can follow these steps to export the report:

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, Budgeting.
  2. Select Run report for the budget you've created.
  3. From the drop-down arrow ojf More actions click the Export to Excel.

Additionally, if you're looking for an added functionality for your budgeting tasks, consider looking for one on the Apps page. Follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select Apps from the sidebar menu, then go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
