You're able to create custom users in QuickBooks to see or view the details, expenses, payments, etc. associated with his project. However, the option to view only or limit their access from accessing the Projects feature is currently unavailable.
When you add a Standard User to access Customers and Vendor activities or even to view projects, the system enables them to access all related information, transactions, and reports. For additional information, you can click this article: User types and user permissions in QuickBooks Online.
