Hey there, @steamsweeper1.

Welcome to the Community. I'm glad to offer my assistance.

The only time that Intuit will contact you is if you set up a call back with one of our support agents or if you had an assigned customer success manager.

You can report fraud via email at: spoof@intuit.com

Here are some steps to contact support:

  1. Open Quickbooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select Quickbooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. We'll provide you a few support options. Select which one is best for you.

Thank you for reaching out to Community. I'm only a post away if you need me.
