First of all, I want to make sure that your issue has gets addressed. If you could please provide me with some more details for what you're experiencing, I would be happy to take a look and help get it taken care of.
On the other hand, We've recently updated our customer care experience. The best way to reach our support team is to open your QuickBooks and select the Help icon on the top menu bar. Right after, choose QuickBooks Desktop Helpand then hit Contact Us at the bottom. (Please see the screenshot attached for reference)

24/7 support number for QuickBooks Pro Plus by following these steps:
1. Click "QuickBooks Phone Number" at the bottom of this page (or at the bottom of many other Intuit pages).
2. Click "Contact us."
3. Select "QuickBooks Desktop."
4. Select the option for "Plus."
5. Make a selection in the "What can we help you with?" area (I chose "Fix an error" and then "Fix your problems with your company file.")
6. Click "Get phone number."
This will give you the 24/7 phone number for QuickBooks Pro Plus support.

I work for another company that uses quickbooks and i already have an account through the previous company but now the new company, the system wont let me access my pay stubs

To clarify, are both companies using Workforce? If so, are they using different payroll subscriptions? For example, QuickBooks Desktop Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll. Any extra details that you can provide will be a great help in providing the right solution for you.
