There are no ongoing outages in QuickBooks Online today, @angelaj470. Missing large chunks of data from a specific period is often caused by filters being applied or data that needs to be manually retrieved.
If you're referring to a missing set of bank transactions in the Pending or For Review tab, let's first check whether the filters are set to All dates and All transactions.

Once the filters are correctly set and the data is still missing, you can manually load the transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO) by clicking the Update button in the Bank transactions window. Here's how:
- Navigate to the My Apps menu.
- Select Accounting and go to Bank transactions.
- Click the Update button.
However, if you're dealing with a different issue, I recommend using the Audit log to review whether the data you're looking for, from August 11 to 14, has been deleted. This way, you can re-enter them manually using the details from the Audit log.
