Is there a report I can generate that will show me transactions where they were charged to a house account and if they have been paid for or not?

I know how to generate a report showing which transactions were charged to a customer's account, but I can't find a way to filter information or add columns that would show if that particular transaction has been paid for.

Good to see you here in the Community, jpeterson.

I can help you pull up the report you need in QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS).

You can pull up the Account Charges report to show the charges to a customer's account and the transactions has been paid.

Here's how:

  1. At the top menu bar, click Reports.
  2. Select Payments.
  3. Choose Account Charges.
