Is there a report that can show a vendors bill in with amount and then my payment out and the running balance even if I'm paid in full?

How much did they bill, how much did I pay and what was the running balance due at any given point in time?

Yes, you can run and customize the Vendor Balance Detail report, @cyrena.

This report displays your unpaid bills and the total amount you owe each vendor.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the What you owe section.
  3. Double-click on the Vendor Balance Detail report.
  4. Click the Customize button.
  5. Expand the Filter section.
  6. Mark the following options:
    • Vendor = All
    • Terms = All
    • Due Date = All Dates
    • A/P Paid = All
  7. Click the Run Report button.  3.JPG

Thank you so much.  I wish I would have asked years ago.  This will be very helpful.
