Is there a way in the mobile app to disable the prompts to “create a rules for x”? When swiping many purchases to classify them this pop up is a drag and slows me down. Any tips on how to disable? Frustrating user experience.

Thanks for visiting our forum today and sharing your insights with us, @brent16,

Our programs uses pop-ups to introduce features that will help users make their tasks easier while using our products. The option to completely remove these alerts is currently unavailable, but there are other options you can try to avoid it from reappearing on your mobile device.

To skip the process, you can manually close these pop-ups in the mobile app. You can also create a dummy bank rule to stop the suggestions, then delete it after. Here's how to do that:

If you're using a phone or tablet with Android

  1. Click Settings from the hamburger icon .
  2. Proceed to Manage Transaction Rules and press Create New Rule.
  3. Add the name in the Description field.
  4. Enter all required fields and when you're done, tap Save.

To edit or delete bank rules in:

iPhone or iPad (iOs)

  1. Go to Profile and select Settings.
  2. Press Manage Rules then pick the rule to edit.
  3. Click on Delete Rule and then Delete to confirm the action.

Android

  1. Click the hamburger icon  and go to Settings.
  2. Use Manage Transaction Rules, then find the rule you want to edit.
  3. Tap Delete Rule and Delete to confirm

Thank you.  Can you add a feature request (or +1 any existing request if I’m not the first) to let customers dismiss these suggestions?  I understand the desire to speed up customers but for users that are working through 20+ transactions this has the opposite effect, slowing down users rather than speeding them up.  I think the “create rule” button is crystal clear and the pop-up is not necessary after it’s been shown a few times.  Happy to discuss my use case further is that’s helpful to your engineering/product teams.
