Is there a way to automatically send condensed reports?

I'm trying to set up an automated weekly report email to send several colleagues some condensed reports. I know how to set it up in a way that everyone can get multiple reports in one email, but I want the reports in the email to be condensed, so people don't get bogged down in all the details.

On QB I am able to condense the reports to the point where the BS shows current assets, fixed assets, liabilities, etc., and the P&L shows income and expenses, but when I go to email these reports, everything is expanded again. I don't want to download and send each report manually every week, just to make sure they are all condensed, so is there a way to automate this? Thank you!

Currently, the option to prevent condensed reports to expand when sending is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can download the report and manually send it using your email provider. To do so, you can export them to excel.

Also, you can send feedback to our product developers to request the addition of this feature to QBO. Here's how:

Go to the Gear icon.
Choose Feedback.
Enter your comments or product suggestions. Example: Need an option to prevent condensed reports to expand when sending.
Then click Next to submit feedback.

Once done, feel free to visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
