I'll share the two options on how you'll be able to see and save the collapsed Bank Accounts sections on the Balance Sheet report.
You can either click the Collapse section or the Bank Accounts category on the report. This way, it will reflect the collapsed sections under your Bank Accounts. Here's how:
Go to Reports from the left menu.
On the Search box, enter Balance Sheet.
On the report page, customize the date ranges.
Either click the Collapse section or the Bank Accounts category.
Click Run Report.
Once done, you can save the report by clicking the Save customization button at the upper right. Then, you can enter the Custom report name and click Save. Please see the screenshot below to serve as you visual guide.
