I understand that you need to pull up reports for specific years. When running a Profit and Loss report it will show the current year-to-date and the same period last year. You can change the length of time and dates as needed.
With this, I'd suggest sharing this idea with our product developer team. This way, they'll know how useful this feature is for your business and consider this in future updates.

Once done, your valuable suggestion goes to our designated team to help improve your QBO experience. You can track your requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
For now, you can run separate reports for the years you want to compare. Alternatively, export the report to Excel then remove the columns (years) you don't need to review. For more details, see this link: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

Run a P&L report by month (under 'Display columns by', choose Months) over as many years as you want. Granted, this will show you every month over the time period of the report, but then you can scroll left and right to see each month for the last 10 years without having to run multiple reports.
