Yes, you can customize your Profit and Loss report and remove the accounts you only need, elpasoalbert.
You have the option to unselect accounts you use for payroll expenses such as employee wages. I'll show you the way on how to do that in your Profit and Loss report.
You might want to save the customized Profit and Loss report so you don't need to filter it all over again. Just click the Save customization button at the upper-right. For more details on how to manage your reports, you can click this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'd be more glad to help if you need anything else. You take care always and have a great day!

Hi,
I did not see a filter option when i clicked Customize.
are you using Simple Start?
Thanks for posting to the Community, @crestmontindoor.
You may have subscribed to QuickBooks Simple Start. You can find this option when you have subscribed to QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, or Advanced.
However, if you subscribed to those products that can filter the reports mentioned above that have the Filter option, I'd suggest troubleshooting your browser.
First, let's isolate this by using an incognito/private browser. It won't use cached data that may cause this issue:
Open a regular browser, then use this keyboard shortcuts:
Once done, you can then open QuickBooks there and Customize the report to see the Filter selection.
If this fixes the issue, empty your browser's cache to load new pieces of feature data from QBO. Clearing it will also help speed up the browser's performance.
I'll be adding this article as your reference to learn more ways on how to personalize and dig deeper with your financial reports: Customize reports in Quickbooks Online.
Feel free to comment below if you have more questions in mind. I'll be around to help. Take care!
