Is there a way to run a report that compares budget to last year's actuals?

QuickBooks Online is equipped with a variety of reports to suit your business needs. Allow me to help walk you through generating Budget vs. Actuals report.

This shows your actual income and expenses compared to your budgeted amounts. To run this report, here’s how:

1. Go to Reports tab.
2. Under Business Overview, select Budget vs. Actuals.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Under General section, choose the Budget date range.
5. Select the Report period.
6. Click Run report.

That’s it! You can also save the specific filter and customization you’ve made so the system will remember it.
