Hi, @kaci5. Yes, you can undo a permission given to a team member in QuickBooks Time.
In QB Time, you can remove View 'Who's Working' access for all team members to prevent them from having specific controls or visibility within the program. Here are the steps:
- Go to My Team on the left menu.
- Select an employee’s name to open their profile.
- Click the Permissions tab.
- Uncheck the box for View "Who's Working" for all team members.
- Click Save.
If you need to remove access to this feature for two or more employees, repeat the process. Once done, click the X button to close the tabs and return to your current workflow within QuickBooks.
