QBO is region-specific. Each version, like the US or Ireland, is designed with specific tax systems, local currencies, and compliance rules that match the country’s requirements.
To manage an Ireland-based company, I recommend subscribing to a QBO Ireland to ensure proper tax compliance and management.
But if you're a US-based company doing business in Ireland and want to track Irish transactions in your QBO US, you can consider enabling Multi-currency to manage exchange rates.
