This is the error I had and some info on it:

When I do the first step it lists all of my versions of quickbooks and I chose the 2018 version did ctrl and double clicked - it is trying to reinstall the program. What am I doing wrong?
Also, when I tried to open the Quickbooks Tool Hub - it said something needed to be added, so I pressed install. Then I had this error from the quickbooks tool hub - installshield wizard
Theinstallation of Microsoft Visual C++2013 Redistributable Package (x86) appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation. Yes or no

Quickbooks just old me that my files are corrupted and it would be $6,000 to fix them

I did contact support directly and the person who called me back said it would be $6,000
