Since this is a public forum, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can check on your account in a secure environment and review your billing subscription. They can also process a refund if the amount charged for your subscription isn't valid.

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent.
