Just changed my credit card number for payment method. It says my Subscription status is Suspended. How do I make an immediate payment and return to Active?

Greetings, @rvisnov.

 

You can reactivate your subscription at any time once you update your payment details. To make sure your billing information syncs with your account, let's sign out of your QBO company.

 

Then log back in and check to see if your account is activated.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing & Subscription on the left.
  4. From here you can see your Subscription status.

If it still shows suspended, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team. They have the tools to securely access your account and ensure your subscription is activate.

 

Here's how: 

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.

If you don't see the option for Get a callback, you can toggle it by entering Support in How can we help?.
