Join nowI'm here to help you retrieve your data in QuickBooks Self-Employed, @drheidi.
To start with, I'd like to ask if you've received an error message upon logging into your account? Any further details about the issue are much appreciated.
When you encounter unexpected behavior like missing data while utilizing your account, this can be caused by the corrupted files on your browser. To fix this, let's go ahead and access your QBSE using a private window.
You can open a Private Window in all supported browsers using the corresponding keyboard shortcut below:
Browsing from a Private Window prevents the browser from collecting cache files (cookies), and also disables any features gathered from collected files. Since these files can often become outdated, using a Private Window allows you to access QuickBooks with a fresh slate to see if it resolves the issue.
If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is to ensure that this won't happen again and eliminate the unnecessary data on your cache files.
You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
Let me know on how these steps work for you. I'll be around to ensure that you're all set. Have a lovely day!
