lapsed subscription message, but i have paid by phone and updated cc info in camps and a day later still wont open

I have an old computer, not very fast so this way is very annoying. I have 2 users on my account on Quickbooks Premier Pro 2019. Obviously this computer opens quick books just fine now but on the other computer it is still giving me the lapsed subscrption message then locks up. I have updated all cc info in camps but still getting message. I need to open that one to sync my info over. And when I go to help, manage my licenses, sync it tells me there was a problem syncronizing with intuit
