The discounts are usually offered to new customers the time you sign in or purchase QuickBooks. I recommend contacting them again to review the notes of your previous conversation. You can provide the case number to easily determine and check if the representative confirm about the discount.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter “Discount confirmation” in the field.
- Hit Let’s talk.
- Choose to Get a callback.
