Live Oak Bank not connecting to QBO

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. 

Some banks might ask for a pin before connecting to a third party application, like QuickBooks Online. This is for security reasons.

Let's try the following steps to gain access and connect your Live Oak banking account:

• While you visit your bank’s website, check if it requires third-party access.
• If so, follow your bank’s instructions to turn it on. Or;
• Contact your bank if you need help or aren’t sure about this requirement.

There could also be issues with the cache in your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted causing issues like the one with your bank connection.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Had this same issue for weeks...

Finally pressed the little Pencil icon and not the error link that pops up.  It will bring you back to the original page that lets you generate at PIN and Password your used to.
