Logging into paychecks.intuit.com forces a redirect to workforce.intuit.com. PTO accrued is NOT displayed on the new site.

Starting a few months ago, logging into ViewMyPayckeck (paychecks.intuit.com) forces a redirect to workforce.intuit.com (workforce.intuit.com/app/payroll-employee-portal-ui/portal/paychecks).

I've tried all sort of work arounds (from blocking paychecks.intuit from redirecting in my browser to refreshing the initial log in however many times it takes until the page loads enough for me to catch a glimpse of my PTO hours)

PTO accrued is NOT displayed on the new site. I have tried searching similar questions. Many people have had this problem. (see community.intuit.com/questions/1755340)

The staff's response to these questions is always a set of instructions for how to log in. This is not helpful. If there were a way to attach screenshots I would.

Hello there, nicole.h, We've transitioned employees from...

Hello there, nicole.h,

We've transitioned employees from ViewMyPaycheck (paychecks.intuit.com) to QBO Workforce (workforce.intuit.com), which is why you're routed automatically to the new website.

As for the PTO accrued not showing, this has been reported to our product engineers. They're actively working to get this resolved. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support so you will be added to the affected users. You'll receive email updates.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us.

Check out this article for future reference: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1770810.

Let me know if you have additional questions.

Re: Hello there, nicole.h, We've transitioned employees from...

Workforce is still not working...This is beyond ridiculous. And it is easier running a marathon than getting support from Intuit. Jumping through hoops and still getting no answers. INTUIT SUX!!!!!!

I was told it would be fixed in April...So this also makes Intuit liars....will someone please email with the correct contact info so I can get logged in and view my payroll? At least pretend you give a dam*...   [email address removed]
