Let me take care of your concern so you can make your customer inactive successfully.
To start with, you have to delete the recurring template created to make the customer inactive. Or, update the name from the recurring template window.
Here's how to delete the template:
- Select the Recurring template tab from the Gear icon.
- Look for the template from the list, then click on the drop-down arrow under Action.
- Tap on the Delete button.
- If you wish to update the customer's name, select Edit, and choose a different customer's name under Customer.
Once completed, you can now seamlessly inactivate your customer by clicking on the Make inactive tab under the Customer information window.
