Merchant Center

Almost all the features in my merchant center is disable, Recurring Payment, Processing Tools and Account Self-Service are all disable (not clickable) what is the problem, please I need help. My account is a new account.

If your features are not working as expected, we can perform a few basic troubleshooting steps to fix this. It's possible that piled up cache files are causing your browser not to function well.


We can log in to your Merchant account using a private browser, since it doesn't store cache files. If the features are already working, let's clear your regular browser's cache storage. This is to remove stored data that caused the issue. You can also log in using other browsers since each browsers use different sets of cache files.

My Merchant Center Account Status say Closed. What is the issue?

I have tried Calling several time, but we are just going round in circle, I have spoken to 3 agents, they will said they want to look into the account and I should call back later, after a while when I will call back it will be another agent. Is there a private email we can write each other and get this done.


I have wrote to  [email address removed] they want to verify a transaction I made, so I send them all they ask for is being 3 days now but no reply, the charges are still there in my statement, even the merchant center paid for almost is still closed and charges has not being deposited to my account all attempt to get this resolve is unproductive. Who know accepting online payment is this difficult .
