merchant services contact email

I want to switch my merchant services contact email before I have to update (keeps saying 2018 will no longer be supported by the end of may) but when I go to click on "edit" in my account information nothing happens. I cant edit any part of the account even though there are clear and obvious edit buttons. How do I remedy this?

Hi @New heights tkd,

I'm here to help you ensure you're able to update your contact information in the Merchant Services Center.

Since you have unresponsive buttons such as the Edit button, I suggest we focus on browser troubleshooting. Whenever there's too much cache stored in a certain browser, it can cause unexpected behaviors.

To isolate this, open your browser's private window.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to edit your contact information within the Merchant Services Center page, then go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.

I'll share this article with you as well: Access and manage your QuickBooks Payments account. It has a list of what you can do in the Merchant Services Center, along with their article links for your reference.

Feel free to post and tag me in a comment below if you have other questions about your Merchant Services Center. I'll be around to help you out.
