More specifically, we need the "Unpaid Bills" report to show only non-zero balance accounts... it works for the desktop. I use it everyday in Quickbooks Enterprise.
Hi dgriner. I appreciate you reaching out to the community. It sounds like your cached images may be causing a conflict with QBO. Here are some steps how to clear it in Google Chrome, the most common web browser used:
Press Ctrl+H on your keyboard
Select Clear Browsing Data on the left side of the screen
When the square box opens, make sure Basic is selected at the top
Now, ensure that only the Cached images and files box is checked
Last, select Clear Data in the bottom right corner.
