Moving my QBO wholesale account

I can help you with transferring your QBO to the new accountant.

Yes, you can drop the wholesale account from the old firm. You can do this by removing the bookkeeper's name from the Manage Users window. 

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then select Manage Users under Your Company.
2. Go to the Accounting firms section, then locate the accountant's name from there.
3. Tap on the drop-down arrow under Action, then select Delete.

Before these steps, you need to request the previous accountant to transfer the master admin rights to your name/new firm.

But the problem has been getting a response from the accountant that currently hosts my wholesale acct. Can't reach her yet.

So it seems that until she responses and releases the master admin role we remained blocked to make the switch, correct?
