Although, we're unable to check it out here since this is a public forum. I know you've tried contacting us already. However, I still suggest getting in touch with us again so an agent can take a proper look at your account. Here's how:
- Click Assistant.
- Enter "I need a human" twice in the Type something field.
- Click I still need a human.
- Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
