My Apple Account shows connected but not showing on my list of accounts.

Welcome to the Community forum, Svikih.

To start, when you mention that your account is connected to QuickBooks, we'd like to confirm if you are viewing this connection on your Bank Transactions page. Any additional details would help us pinpoint the issue more effectively.

It's possible that a filter might have been applied to show transactions from a specific account, which could be why the Apple account isn't appearing. First, ensure that your account is active. Then, check your Chart of Accounts and use the dropdown menu to adjust the filters, selecting the option to display all accounts.

If the Apple account still doesn’t show up after modifying the filters, you can access your QuickBooks account using a supported web browser, as this can sometimes prevent the software from displaying the information accurately.
