Welcome to the Community, @louiestrophyhous. I'm here to help ensure your bank gets updated in Quickbooks.

Since you have updated bank account information, you also need to update the credentials in QuickBooks Online to reflect the change.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then click Banking
  2. Select the account you want to update and click the Update button in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials (this must be done within 2 minutes of box appearing) and then click Continue Update.

You will receive a notification when the update is complete. Then, you'll see that the date of the last update and the total number of transactions.

If you still can’t download new bank transactions, you can sign in to your bank’s website from QuickBooks to check if the issue has something to do with your bank.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest reaching out to your financial institution as QuickBooks only depend on the data implemented from your bank.

Just in case, here's an additional article that you can check out about this process: What to do if bank transactions won’t download. It also contains links to fix specific online banking errors in QuickBooks.

I'm always around here if you have any other questions about connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online. Take care.

Thanks for your offer for help.   Unfortunately, that doesn't work with the new login at 1st Source Bank.  There is now a company ID as well as a user ID.

Hi there, @jonfussle.

I appreciate the things you've done to ensure that the bank feeds work again. Since you've already updated the credentials of your bank account, you can try clicking the Update button again.

If you're getting an error after clicking this, you may want to share it with us so that we can assist you further. However, if you're not getting any errors and the bank transactions are also not updated, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team to help you get back on track.

For now, I'd recommend manually uploading your transactions from your bank to QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your bank's website and download the bank transactions using the .CSV file.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks and go to Transaction menu.
  3. Select the account and click Upload from file.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions. You can refer to the screenshot below:

Also, you may check out Step 4 Fix specific bank errors in this article to know more details about the errors and its fix : What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I've included this article for future reference when your ready to assess your business financials: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

You're always welcome to tag my name in the comment section if you've encountered any error or any questions. Take care.
