My business bank went through a system upgrade and now my QBO account wont sync.. Any suggestions? I updated the login credentials but it still seems stuck Help?

May I know what is the name of your bank so I can gather information and take a look if there's an ongoing investigation about this problem. For now, we can start by updating your bank manually to bring your transactions to QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on Banking at the left pane, then select Banking.
  2. Choose your bank from the result, then tap on the Update button. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then select Continue update.

Thanks Angelina T..  I bank with Synergy Bank..   I am able to connect right now through direct connection with my bank but when I try through QBO it tells me that I can't connect right now and to try again later.

While our engineers are still working to identify and fix the issue, I'd suggest you contact our QuickBooks Online Customer Support team and inform them that you're one of the affected users of the INV-41328. Once added, you'll be notified via email once we have an update or resolution.
