Hi, sareemos. When the address field becomes uneditable or the dashboard fails to load, it is often due to stored browser data creating a conflict with the update prompt.
Have you tried updating your company information using a private or incognito window? If so but it still won't let you update, it's best to contact our Phone Support team for further investigation. They can help you update your company information and proceed with the resubscription.
