May I know the specific report you are referring to? This will help me provide the exact information needed to resolve your concern about the data showing up the Chart of Accounts, but not on reports.
On the other hand, your transactions may have been assigned to the wrong category. You'll want to change the assignment for each entry through the register.
Let me show you how:
- Go to Accounting from the left navigation bar, then pick Chart of Accounts.
- Open the desired account by clicking View register.
- Click the transaction to expand it, then change the category
- Hit Save.
- Once done, check again the report and make sure to filter the date from March to November 2019.
