This can be a browser issue, @ibcbonaire.
It's possible that piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior when trying to run your report. You can clear your browser’s cache to resolve this.
First, go to your account by using an incognito window, then try to run the report. If it works, proceed and clear the cache in the one that you're currently using. You can go incognito by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N.
If it works, proceed and clear cache & cookies in Chrome:
- Open your Chrome and click on More button.
- Select Settings and then on Advanced.
- Hit Site settings under Privacy and Security.
- Select Cookies and site data and then See all cookies and site data.
- Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
- Select Remove.
Here's more information on how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Also, see this article for detailed guidance on how to run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Once you're done clearing your browser's cache, restart your browser for the changes to take effect. If not, try using other browsers.
Let me know if there's anything else that I can help in running your reports. Have a wonderful day!
