My laptop quickbooks isn’t reflecting what I see on my phone as far as transactions and income I reported on my phone.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to sync the transactions on your devices, junefife1-gmail-.

The QucikBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app is always in sync with your account on the web. Then, any task you do or information you add in the app shows up on the web, and vice versa. Since the data is not syncing from your mobile app into your laptop, let's try clearing the cache app data in your phone settings. This helps us refresh your mobile app and ensure your data is up-to-date. I'll walk you through the step on how to do it below:

  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data

Once done, close and reopen the mobile app and see how it works. If the same thing happens, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone to start a clean slate. For additional troubleshooting options with dealing with app-related issues, check out this article: Mobile App's troubleshooting.

Feel free to visit our QBSE Help Article page for more insight about managing your business in your account.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Please reply to this post and I'll get back to you. You have a good one.
