Since there's no response for the last three months, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them will need to take over and further check the problem with handling your books.
Here's how:
Our Customer Support Team is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday).
