I just want to enable my Dropdown working in quickbooks sandbox company. Any solution for that?

I'm here to ensure you'll get the right support in completing your task in enabling the name drop-down in your sandbox company and with the mobile app you're currently developing for QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

We have a separate and dedicated forum that handles the QuickBooks sandbox company. This is the place where developers, like you, discuss programming concerns. I'd suggest posting your question from there. This way, our developers can provide you an accurate resolution to fix the coding for the app's function. Here's how. 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?
  3. Click Ask a Question
  4. Log into your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one. 
  5. Enter your concern, then click Ask

Also, you can utilize the helpful Sandbox topics through the API Docs & Tools menu. Then, select QuickBooks Online and choose Sandbox. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
