My previous bookkeeper kept all customers & vendors for the past 11 years. Is there a report to find out who hasn't been used in 2+years w/o running individual reports?

Glad to see you here, @rendulic.patrici.

I'd be delighted to help walk you through generating reports to show the list of customers and vendors in your account.

QuickBooks Online has an array of customer and vendor reports that you can access and customize to show the data you need. Just make sure to choose the correct filter. Here's how:

  • For Customers
    1. Go to Reports.
    2. Under Sales and Customers section, choose Sales by Customer Summary.
    3. Select the Date Range of the data you want.
    4. Make sure to choose Customers under Display Columns by.
    5. Under Show non-zero or active only, select All.
    6. Click Run report.
  • For Vendors
    1. Click Reports.
    2. Under Expenses and Vendors, select Expenses by Vendor Summary.
    3. Select the Date Range of the data you want.
    4. Make sure to choose Customers under Display Columns by.
    5. Under Show non-zero or active only, select All.
    6. Click Run report.

That should do it!  Feel free to click the Reply button if you have other  questions about running reports. I'm always here to help.
