Hi, janettx.

 

So far, we haven't received similar issues reported. Here are possible reasons your bank’s connection with QuickBooks may be interrupted for any of the following reasons:

 

  1. If there is a minor or major update in your bank information such as the bank account number.
  2. Update on your bank’s website. If you can't find your FI, you can request support for your bank and request it be added.
  3. Update in your Online Banking Login credentials.
  4. Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.

To refresh your bank's connection, here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh All button.
  4. You can do this 2 or 3 times.

If it's still not updating, you can manually import them using our WebConnect feature. You can check this article for the detailed steps: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Welcome to the Community, @janettx.

 

This could mean that the sign-in credential you've changed in QuickBooks isn't updated on PayPal yet. Did you receive the error 103 when processing your sign-in request? 

 

If so, you'll need to verify this with your bank account so you can reconnect and update your sign-in info. Let me route you to this article for more details: Error 103 for QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

You should be able to download your PayPal transactions, once the update is complete.

Hi,

When I go to update the API (because this is what quickbooks wants to do)  I get this error not a 103 error  {"headers":{},"body":"Internal Server Error","statusCode":"INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR","statusCodeValue":500}

Oddly it seems to be working today.  This years transactions are there this morning.  Must have been some sort of glitch and I just happened to open quickbooks at the wrong time?
