You'll want to reset your printing systems on your Mac. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the Apple menu, then System Preferences.
- Select Printer & Scanners. While holding down the Control key on your keyboard, click anywhere in the list of devices.
- Choose Reset printing system from the menu that appears. Please visit the Apple support website for details.
After that, let's clear the cache in your QuickBooks app to refresh the program. Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks, go to Help.
- Click Reset App Data.
