We don't have a hold about the subscription charges on your account here in the Community. It'd be best to review it with our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account provide additional explanation about the charges. You can reach them through these steps:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them.
  4. Enter the needed information to complete the request.

Your discounted period is expired and you have to pay in regular price now. If you wish to keep the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBO account with a current discounted plan. You may get a discounted price for up to 6 months.
