I'm glad to hear that you have a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I want to ensure you can find success with your new subscription, joyceann572003-g.

We need to export and import the data to transfer them from your trial version to your new QBO account. Just use the Export data feature to export reports/lists and non-posting transactions /attachments. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Export data.
  3. In the Reports tab, select the date range and choose the report you want to export.
  4. Click Export to Excel.
  5. Then, go to the Lists tab and select CustomersEmployees, and Suppliers, then tick Export to Excel.

To learn more about this one, check out these articles for more details:

Then, import the data to your new QBO account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Under Tools, choose Import data.
  3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5. Tap on the Next button until finished.

See Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online article for more details about the importing process.

You can also check our Intuit Marketplace and look for a third party application that might help you transfer your data right away from your trial version to the new one. Feel free to visit our Bring in your data page for more insights about importing your data.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps, as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Feel free to reply to this post and I'll get back to you. You have a good one.
