Since Community is a public forum, transferring full admin access should be addressed securely. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. Our representatives can provide details about why the ownership is not yet transferred.
Here's the complete process:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Talk to a human.
- Type in full admin access in the Type something field.
- Click the send icon.
- Choose I still need a human.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select the Send a message button.
- Enter the necessary details, then click Continue.
