Need help uploading desktop file to online version. 3 reps weren't able to help. Upload function not working. Is it possible to upload any other way?

Can you please give us a short scenario of what happens when you upload? Is your file in the supported version of QuickBooks (2019-2021)? Did you follow the steps in these articles?
