Need to find or reset the admin password

Chat Support and ask Data Service to reset it. Otherwise you have to purchase a 3rd party password removal service.

I figured it out. I was able to access my old password off my keychain in the OSX

Also found a trial version of QBD 2019 Windows and installed it on my PC

Then I did a Back to Windows on the Mac side and successfully imported into the Windows version and it worked perfectly.

So there was no reason to incrementally update the file thru different versions of QB.

Now I just need to download and install the QBD 2019 Mac and export my file from the PC to it and I'm all set.
