Join nowGreetings, @evelyn-wiggins.
It's great to see a new face here in the Community. Let's work together so that you're able to run this report properly in QuickBooks Online.
The reason why the report isn't pulling the year 2019 is because there may be no transaction in that account at that time.
However, if this isn't the case, let's clarify a few things before digging further. What report are you trying to run? (chart of account report or another report, etc.) Note: Also, any screenshots that you have available of the problem will help as well.
This will help us determine the best solution for your business. I'll be waiting for your response!
I am in chart of accounts and I choose “custom date” and try to go back to 2019. I started in January of 2019 so I know there is data and I can see it when I go into the account however it won’t let me choose a date range of April 2019. Make sense?
Thank you for coming back to the Community, evelyn-wiggins.

From there, go to the register and run a report for your cash account (2019).
Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:
If you’re able to choose April 2019 for the report’s date smoothly, switch back to your regular browser to clear the cache. Running this troubleshooting will optimize the overall performance of the application. If none of these suggestions work, open QBO using a supported browser.
